“Daring Heroes” Contest Terms & Conditions

1. Contest organizer: realme
2. Entry period: August 10-24, 2021; Daring Heroes announcement date: August 25, 2021
3. Intended participants: realme users
4. Contest details
1) To enter the contest, users can access the contest page via either the realme official website or the link posted on realme’s official social media accounts, and follow the instructions to upload a photo of themselves with the relevant information.
2) During the contest, realme’s official social media accounts will choose a number of participants from the participating users, and invite them to become a realme “Daring Heroes”. Each invited user will be in a photo poster of him/herself, and participate as a “Daring Heroes” during livestreaming events for realme Fan Festival 2021 marketing event via realme’s official communication channels (including but not limited to the official website, official announcement events, official accounts on third-party platforms, and official groups).
4. Evaluation standards:
1) Each participant’s photo must be clear and the subject must be identifiable, and the content must be of a positive nature. The content must not include sexually suggestive, violent, or terrorism-related elements, and must not violate geopolitical, religious, moral, or cultural standards.
2) The photo content must tell a story and represent the general spirit of the realme brand.

Special notes:
1. This contest’s terms & conditions apply both to users and to realme, and constitute an agreement between users and realme. When a user enters the contest, these terms & conditions immediately go into effect and become binding.
2. This contest is open to adults only. Minors are not eligible for participation.
3. Users should guarantee that they have the full rights to the content they submit, and are not infringing upon the rights of any third party, including copyright as well as rights to one’s image, personal reputation, and privacy. If a user submits content that involves the legal rights or interests of a third party, the user must guarantee that they have obtained the third party’s full authorization. Any user who violates the aforementioned requirements will be liable for any ensuing damages and related legal responsibilities.
4. Any user who becomes a “Daring Hero” and makes a photo poster of him/herself grants realme permanent, free-of-charge, transferable, global authorization to use the poster in any form, including but not limited to creating realme fan calendars and marketing materials on Internet social media platforms.
5. realme will contact invited users via channels such as social media platforms and personal email. If a user does not respond within the designated period, the invitation will be considered declined.
6. All users who participate in this contest will receive messages from realme related to the 828 Fan Festival. Users can visit https://www.realme.com/in/realme-fans-festival-2021 to view information about the contest.
8. realme reserves all rights to the final interpretation of these terms & conditions. Any conflicts resulting from this contest should be resolved through reasonable discussion. If an agreement cannot be reached through discussion, either party can file a lawsuit.
