Terms & Conditions
These terms and conditions (“Terms”) govern the conduct of the activity realme “Weekend Bargains” (“activity”) organized, conducted, and brought to you by realme Mobiles India Private Limited (“Organizer”) on the terms and conditions as stated hereunder:
1.Participation in this activity is voluntary. The activity is open for all citizens of India only and who are of legal age but excludes employees and the family members of the Organizer, its associate companies, its advertising, and promotional agencies and its auditors / executing agencies or anyone else professionally connected with the above.
2.By participating in this activity, the participants accept the Terms and Conditions of entry as specified herein
3.Registration: Participant will need to register on the realme India website (www.realme.com/in) to be able to participate. By registering on website, Participant agrees to receive further communication regarding the event and other promotions.
4.This activity shall be valid for total 8 [EIGHT] days in the month of MAY during the weekends only, commencing from [20th May 2021 10:00:00 AM till 31th May 2021 23:59:59 PM].
4.1 Go-live (1): 20th- 23rd May
4.2 Go-live (2) : 27th- 30th May (Hereinafter referred to as “Participation dates”).
5.Organizer reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and participants (including a participant's identity, age and place of residence) and to disqualify any participant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with the entry process
6.To participate in the activity, participants shall note the following points:
6.1During the activity period, every participant can choose any product from the list, and share it with friends.
6.2When a participant gets one “help” from his/her friend, the participant will get a random amount of discount on the selected product
6.3Every friend can press “help” for the same participant only once a day
6.4Each product can be “helped” 10 times maximum.
6.5Below is the maximum discount amount that can be availed on each product:

6.6While placing the order using the discount as mentioned above, no other coupon can be applied to the purchase. But, the customer shall be availed to the other bank offers as mentioned on the website
7.The bargained amount will be valid till the activity is live. Thus, the participant should place the order before the activity goes off air.
8.If the order is not placed during the above-mentioned period, realme has the right to forfeit the prize. Organizer reserves the right to disqualify participants whoever does not abide by the T&C.
9.Entries received after the participation dates and not in the format prescribed or with incorrect information shall not be entertained and shall be considered ineligible for the Activity.
10.Organizer assumes no liability or responsibility for (i) any errors, omissions or inaccuracies of activity or submissions, (ii) Any unauthorized access to or use of our secure servers and/or any and all personal information that may be contained therein. (iii)Any deletion of data or interruption or discontinuance of transmission to or from during the activity.
11.Each participant must be careful in providing their information. In case the participant provides inaccurate and/or false information, the entire coupon prize would be forfeited or will be passed on to another participant without any further communication with the claimant. The Organizers shall have the sole discretion in this regard.
12.It is clarified that in case the winner become disqualified on account of any Government restriction, winner regulations, norms, policy etc., in such case Winner shall not have any claim against Organizer for the same and shall be deemed to have availed of his/her prize.
13.Decision of Organizer's and Auditors will be final and binding with regard to contest and prizes and no correspondence shall be entertained in this regard.
14.Entries are deemed to be submitted at the time of receipt of the entry into the Organizer database, and not at the time of transmission by the participants. The database maintained by the Organizer shall be considered final and no correspondence in this regard shall be entertained.
15.Coupon/Prizes are non-transferable. No cash or any other claim can be made in lieu of prizes.
16.Organizers reserve the right to cancel, modify, extend or withdraw the activity at its sole and absolute discretion without giving prior notice. It shall be the sole responsibility of the Participant(s) to check the Terms from time to time.
17.Conducting this Offer is prohibited in the state of Tamil Nadu and thus, users residing in the state of Tamil Nadu are not eligible to participate in this Offer.
18.Any costs or expenses incurred to participate in the contest and/or to claim the Prize, if any and as applicable shall be solely borne by the Winner and Organizer shall not be liable for any such costs or expenses.
19.All disputes relating to this Promotion shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Courts at Gurgaon (Haryana) only.
20.This Activity is subject to force majeure circumstances including without limitation, floods, natural disasters, war, and act of terror, political unrests, technical snags, act of God or any circumstance beyond the reasonable control of the Organizers (the Force Majeure Event”). The Organizers shall not be liable for any delay or adverse effect which may be caused to this activity and its participants as a result of a Force Majeure Event.

22.All the personal information of the participants shall be kept confidential and shall be used only for the sole purpose of organizing and conducting the activity in accordance with the Privacy Policy of Organizer given on its website (www.realme.com/in).
